Successful start to the season: Team Munich sets the tone!
The 2025 tennis season started with a bang for Team Munich! On 11 May, our first team took on SC Freimann III and secured an impressive overall victory of 6:3. While SC Freimann III was successful in three singles matches, Team Munich dominated the remaining matches and showed an outstanding performance in the doubles matches, which gave them the decisive advantage and thus the victory.
But that's not all! This year, for the first time, we are entering a second team, Team München II, in the Southern Bavarian Men's South League 6. The first match day took place on 18 May against SV Dietersheim. Team München II fought hard and managed to win a single match, while SV Dietersheim dominated the other matches and emerged victorious with an overall score of 5:1. Despite the defeat, we are proud of the tireless effort and passion of our players. With such commitment, we are confident that Team Munich II will continue to grow and shine as the season progresses.
