Revocation of consent to data processing

Some data processing operations are only possible with the express consent of the data subject. Consent that has already been given can be revoked at any time. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for revocation. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to data portability

The data is collected in order to be able to send club information promptly; it is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 a GDPR. There are no plans to transfer personal data to a third country/international organisation, but as a member of the Bavarian State Sports Association, the club is obliged to report the following data of its members to the BLSV as part of the membership registration:

Division affiliation

Name of their function in the organisation

In the context of league matches or tournaments, the club reports results and special events to the association. The report serves the administrative and organisational purposes of the BLSV. Insofar as the practice of certain sports in the club results in an assignment to certain sports associations, the necessary data of affected club members will be made available to these associations for their administrative and organisational purposes or for the implementation of competition operations.

Right to information, rectification, blocking, erasure

Every data subject has the right to free information about their stored personal data, the origin of the data, its recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time within the framework of the applicable legal provisions. SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content sent to the organisation as the site operator, our website uses SSL or TLS encryption. Registration on this website

To use certain functions, data subjects can register for tournaments on our website. The transmitted data is used exclusively for the purpose of using the respective offer or service. Mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will reject the registration.

In the event of important changes, for example for technical reasons, we will inform those affected by e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to the address provided during registration.

Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted in the event of cancellation. If this data has been transmitted to the association for other purposes and elsewhere, it will remain with the association.
