Who are we?
We are a dedicated running group that ranges from occasional joggers to ambitious runners. We generally prefer to take it easy on our runs together.
We pursue the idea of the International Front Runners to create a worldwide, sporting and social network in the LGBTIQ+ community and beyond.
Who can join our running group?
We are happy to welcome any runner.
You should have a little running experience, that’s all.
What do you need to be aware of if you want to take part on Tuesdays?
Unfortunately, we don’t have changing rooms or showers.
But usually there is always someone who came with a car where you can leave your belongings during the run.
Run for Life
The Run for Life, the annual charity run in favour of the Munich Aids charity, is particularly dear to our hearts. It traditionally takes place on the second Sunday of September.
The Run for Life was originally launched by Team München and Team München is still actively involved in organising the event as a cooperation partner.
