Who are we?

We are players with different levels of volleyball experience. In addition to our sporting ambition to constantly develop ourselves further, the joy of playing volleyball is particularly important to us.

What do I need to know before my first training session?

Everyone is welcome, whether you played at school or are a complete beginner. Just let us know what your level is and we'll be happy to help you with the basics.

How does a training session work?

We train for 1.5 hours. We start with a warm-up and stretching exercises, then specific exercises for all aspects of volleyball and the second half we all play together. In good weather we play outside in a park with our beach volleyball net

What can you expect from us?

You can expect a warm and welcoming environment where there is a mix of beginners and more experienced players and our main aim is to have fun.

What do I need to take with me to training?

Sportswear, water and clean shoes
