Come by, get to know our team and have fun playing handball. Whether you are a beginner, a career changer or already have experience, we are a team that welcomes everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Timetable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

10:00 a.m.\u20131:00 p.m. \u00b7 Training & fun at stations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We start with a varied training session including short breaks. At various stations, you can try out throwing, passing and coordination \u2013 there is something for every level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1:00\u20133:00 p.m. \u00b7 Lunch & networking<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time to take a breather: lunch together provides an opportunity to get to know each other, ask questions and exchange ideas. And anyone who wants to can measure their throwing speed in between.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 3 p.m. \u00b7 Big handball match<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let's play! We're starting a real handball match and everyone is welcome \u2013 whether on the field or in the stands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

approx. 4:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme in the hall ends. Afterwards, there will be enough time to freshen up for the athletes' party in the evening. We look forward to seeing you there again!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Training level & participation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In order to tailor the training to your needs, we kindly ask you to indicate your training level when registering. Whether you are completely new to handball or already have some experience, everyone is welcome here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beginners<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For beginners and career changers with little or no knowledge of handball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experienced<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For anyone with handball experience \u2013 whether you currently play or were active in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When registering, you can also choose whether you would like to participate in the grand final game:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
