Registration and Payment

The registration deadline is 31 May 2026.
Registration for participation is binding.
Cancellation policy
- Until 15 April 2026: 100 % reimbursement of the participation fee
- Until 31 May 2026: 50 % reimbursement of the participation fee
- From 1 June 2026: no reimbursement possible
- For health reasons
  Until 12 June 2026: 100 % reimbursement of the participation fee
  Upon submission of a medical certificate stating that you are unable to participate for health reasons. This also applies in the case of a proven official order of isolation or quarantine.
The registration fee is due immediately upon registration and must be received in the specified account within 7 days of submitting the registration form.
The right to participate is only granted once the full registration fee is received. We will inform you if the maximum number of participants has already been reached.
The tournament program may be subject to change.
If the event has to be canceled due to force majeure, we cannot be held responsible for the costs incurred by the participants. Only the participation fees will be reimbursed 100%.
