Who are we?

Hit after hit! Things are really heating up in Team Munich's boxing department.

Don't worry, we're neither cheap nor wild thugs. We are a fun, colourful group that meets twice a week to train fitness, strength and technique together. We practise boxing techniques on the equipment and in light sparring. If you're looking for full-contact boxing, you're not in the right place - respect and fun take centre stage for us.

So boxing for everyone?

Yes, provided you know how to use your brain. Boxing is a "mental sport" and only works if you are mentally and physically fit. You can start at any time, as every training session is guided by the basic techniques for learning boxing.

If you are interested, then drop by for a taster session.

What do I need to take with me to training?

All you need is indoor footwear and sports clothing. We have boxing gloves available to borrow, so you don't need to bring your own. This means that nobody has to come to the taster session fully equipped.
