Do you fancy joining a queer badminton team?

Whether you are an experienced player or just starting out - everyone is welcome here! Our team is not just about competition, the fastest shot or the most accurate drop. It's important to us to create a space where we can play sport together and be part of an inclusive, respectful, queer community.

Badminton offers us the opportunity not only to be physically active, but also to build a community in which all people - regardless of gender, sexual orientation or identity - are welcome.

What do I need to know before my first training session?

If you would like to come to a trial training session or receive further information, please contact us in advance via e-mail.

How does a training session work?

We have seven (eight on Mondays) courts available for free play. On Mondays, there is usually a guided training session for league and non-league players on one of the courts, alternating weekly.

Are you participating in a league?

In the 2025/26 season, we have four teams in the leagues of the Bavarian Badminton Association BBV. Our first team plays in the Bezirksoberliga, the second in the Bezirksliga SüdOst and the third team in the Bezirksklasse B-Mitte. Our hobby league team competes in the Hobbyliga München Mitte/Ost. In addition, a group of players from our division takes part in the Germany-wide queer badminton league QUBALI part.
