Who are we?

The minigolf division of Team Munich was founded in December 2024. That's why we are currently a small team, but we are expanding! We are a colourful group of beginners and experienced players; all age groups are represented.

How can you join us?

Registration for each match and other dates takes place via our WhatsApp channel. Please contact us by email before your first participation. Please contact us by e-mail before your first participation.

Our vision of training?

Patience and concentration, strong nerves and calmness, mental stamina and precision, strategy and mental exercise, fighting spirit and much more are encouraged and trained in minigolf. Even almost forgotten knowledge from maths lessons can be put into practice during a minigolf match: Angle of incidence = angle of reflection.

And experiencing it all together in a group, sharing successes and celebrating afterwards is great fun. The fact that this passion is shared is impressively demonstrated by the approximately 20 million tickets that have been redeemed on the 2,000 minigolf courses in Germany.

What does our year look like?

We consider minigolf to be more of a "summer sport", which is why we meet up more often during the warmer months.

The outdoor facilities in and around Munich vary greatly in terms of condition and attractiveness. We are currently still looking for an easily accessible regular venue.

We meet indoors once a month during the winter months to keep up our practice and also to promote team spirit and group dynamics.

Do we take part in tournaments?

Tournaments and championships are also organised in minigolf. As our division is in its infancy, we are still in the training and development phase. In general, we aim to take part in tournaments.

As we also like to celebrate alongside our sporting ambitions, one of the events that always takes place around 6 December is our founding celebration with a sumptuous meal in a cosy restaurant.

What do I need for a minigolf match?

Casual clothing and comfortable shoes, sun protection in summer (cap, hat, sunglasses etc.).

Golf putters and balls can usually be hired for a fee.
