principles
Team Munich has been offering yoga classes for over 20 years. Initially, there were fewer than 10 members – now there are almost 100, and 20 to 30 participants regularly attend the two classes.
The classic principles still apply to yoga at Team Munich:
„Yoga, the oldest science of life, teaches you how to control stress – not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.“
Suitable for everyone
Anyone can practise yoga. No special equipment is required – just a little time and the desire for a healthy, fulfilling life. Yoga postures not only affect the external shape of the body, but also the internal organs, glands and nerves by supporting the entire system.
participation
Anyone can participate, regardless of whether they are beginners or advanced. The workshop will take place in a suitable room that is appropriate for the number of participants.
procedure
Participants are guided through the typical sequence of a yoga evening: beginning with initial relaxation, followed by special breathing exercises, yogic reflection/self-awareness, a series of static and dynamic physical exercises while lying down, sitting and standing, and concluding with meditative final relaxation.
Questions, discussions and exchanges are of course welcome and a valued part of the workshop.
